    Pontiac Ventura / Astre / Sunbird — Option Codes

    Covers the X-body Ventura II / Ventura (1971–77, incl. the 1974 GTO option — detailed in gto.md#year-1974) and the H-body Astre (US 1975–77; Canada from 1973) and Sunbird (1976–80). Do not confuse with the 1960–61 full-size Ventura (fullsize.md).

    These lines have the thinnest public code documentation of any Pontiac family — most rows are package-level with UPCs marked as gaps. All used GM corporate UPC numbering (shared codes like U63 radio, C60 A/C, G80 axle apply; see the Firebird 1975 table for the common set).
