Front-wheel-drive E-body personal luxury coupe. Transmission is the TH-425 (a TH-400 derivative packaged for FWD with chain drive).

Authentication note (W-34/GT): transmission tag should read OM (not OJ), with the car's VIN stamped nearby; engine-block VIN under the power steering pump bracket must match. Final drive 3.07 on all W-34s (3.36 reported once by Car Life, considered erroneous). The 1969 442 Info Kit's Turbo Hydra-Matic 400 usage chart confirms this: 9400-series (Toronado) 455 without W34 = code OJ, with W34 = code OM ⛭ GM Heritage — 1969 Oldsmobile 442 Info Kit, p.242.
