Factory kit resolves the carryover question: the 1972 "Extra Cost Equipment" spec page (p.98) does literally list a ZR2 "off-road package, 454 V8" — but it is flagged **"(Not to be merchandised)"** and never appears on the retail Black Book summary (p.5), so it was a spec-book carryover never actually sold. CorvSport's ZR2 row (identical 1971 figures) is the carryover error
